I will start by saying that I’ve never worked with a travel agent prior to Renee and the Travel Connection. I was planning my wedding back in 2020 when I saw an ad come trough for a vacation package that looked incredible for our honeymoon. I decided to give it a try and see what going through a travel agent was all about. Renee is absolutely awesome! Our first attempt at our honeymoon fell through due to COVID last year. Renee made sure we had all the right protection in place prior to booking which resulted in us getting our money back to use on attempt #2. For attempt #2 Renee suggested we try Antigua. We stayed at the all inclusive resort Hermitage Bay. It exceeded our expectations. The food (which was a major concern due to my husband’s gluten issues) was phenomenal. The rooms were all individual cottages. We stayed up in the mountain villas and had breathtaking ocean views and our own private pool. The staff was extraordinary. Everyone was so happy and friendly. This was the place to go for some serious R&R. We never would have knew about it if it wasn’t for Renee’s first have knowledge of so many places and her understanding of what we were looking for. My husband and I can’t wait to see what she’s going to come up with for our vacation next year!
