Renee not only sent me an initial email response, she emailed me 3 proposals within an hour! She was very easy to talk to! We were able to tell her exactly what we were looking for and she was able to put it all together very quickly and was about to work out pricing and payments that worked best for us. We have never thought to use a travel agent before, we will definitely be using Renee at The Travel Connection for all our future trips!
